with an extensive background in valuation, leasing and transaction management. Her
valuation expertise provides a strong analytical foundation and detailed understanding of
property fundamentals and market conditions. Since joining McGees, Tessa has become an
integral part of the Sales and Leasing team, playing a key role in leasing campaigns and
property transactions across the Darwin market, while delivering a highly professional and
